Currently, KRC Garden primarily ships within Canada. We are exploring options to expand our services to the United States and potentially other international destinations in the future. All orders are processed within ‌2-3 business days‌ (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment authorization. During peak seasons (e.g., spring planting season) or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer, which we will communicate proactively.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has been shipped from our warehouse in Campbellville, ON. They do not include order processing time.

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, customs (for future international shipments), or incorrect address information.

‌6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes‌

  • ‌Address Accuracy:‌ It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
  • ‌P.O. Boxes:‌ We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post. However, some expedited services or couriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

‌7. Delivery Issues & Lost/Stolen Packages‌

  • ‌Failed Delivery Attempts:‌ If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier to arrange a redelivery or pickup.
  • ‌Lost or Stolen Packages:‌ KRC Garden is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
  • ‌Damaged or Incorrect Shipments (Our Error):‌ If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if we shipped the incorrect item, please contact us ‌immediately‌ (within 48 hours of delivery) at ‌fernwick@krcgarden.com‌. We will arrange for a return (if necessary) and a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs. Photographic evidence is required.

  • Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to KRC Garden.
  • International delivery times will vary significantly by destination.
  • Compliance with local import regulations is the responsibility of the recipient.

At this time, KRC Garden operates primarily as an e-commerce business and does not have a public retail storefront for in-person pickup. Our operational address (7092 McNiven, Campbellville, ON) is a warehouse and administrative office, not a public store. All sales are conducted and fulfilled through our website.
